The contact lenses I use were out of stock so I asked if I could be sent an email when they were back in, and a lovely lady called Sophie did that she advised me I could now order my lenses and apologised that they had not been readily available. They were delivered so quickly it is so good to know that this company is reliable and I would never use anyone else. One very happy customer.

I am a regular customer and have been happy with the service. Recently my package was delivered (by Royal Mail) to the wrong address and so I didn’t receive it. I spoke to someone at Customer Service who was very helpful and ensured a shipment was resent. I received it the next day.
